A leading business which supplies nurses and care staff to hospitals and care homes is moving into offices in Worcester city centre following a letting by leading Midland independent property consultancy GJS Dillon.
Newcross Healthcare Solutions – the UK’s largest care company – is moving into the K2 building in The Tything, Worcester. The second floor suite is 1,028 sq ft and the three storey city centre office development is now fully let. This is the second letting that GJS Dillon has achieved in this building in the last 12 months.
Newcross Healthcare Solutions, which is headquartered in Totnes, Devon, supplies professional nursing and care staff to NHS trusts, community hospitals, care homes and prisons, as well as staff for home care, including respite care, paediatric nursing or post-operative care. Newcross was founded in 1996 and has branches around the UK.
The three-storey purpose-built K2 office building behind a Victorian façade has recently been fully refurbished. It includes a glazed ceiling, kitchen area, open plan office and allocated car parking. The building was let on behalf of landlords Issab Holdings Ltd.
