DTZ today announced the appointment of Director, Mike Flecknoe to its Rating team. He will be based in DTZ’s Cheltenham and Birmingham offices.
Mike joins DTZ from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was formerly a member of the Corporate Solutions team and National Head of Business Rates. He was previously a Partner at Fuller Peiser and prior to that Head of Rating at Boots.
He will be taking a leading role in overseeing DTZ’s rating appeals function whilst also driving forward new business development opportunities for the Rating team nationally.
In addition to dealing with portfolio rating matters, Mike also has experience in leading a national team and managing large national portfolios and corporate accounts such as Home Retail Group, BAE Systems, Aviva, Lloyds Banking Group and JD Wetherspoon.
