Towler Shaw Roberts Shrewsbury office has completed the letting of the first units within the 5th Phase of the ever expanding and increasingly popular Vanguard Trade Park in Shrewsbury. Comprising two terraces of newly constructed Trade Counter units providing in total 23,500 sqft of accommodation with rear secure yard areas and front customer parking, TSR have received a very healthy level of enquiries and interest to date, with this phase having been completed in January this year.
