Concept makes two key appointments in Chippenham

Leading West Country recruitment company Concept Staffing has made two key appointments to help boost business at the company’s Chippenham branch.

Chris Gallimore, 24, takes on the role of Permanent Recruitment Consultant, while Kristy Moore, 28, has been appointed Sales Resourcer at the Concept office in Market Place.

Chris, who lives in Calne and was previously assistant director of Explore Learning, said: “It’s vital when recruiting permanent employees to ensure they suit both the role and the company and I am therefore excited to develop strong working relationships with businesses in the area to ensure I provide the best matched employees.”

Kristy, who lives in Chippenham and joined Concept after working as a finance research consultant, said she is excited to support the very busy branch.

“It’s a great feeling seeing the recruitment process from beginning to end. Placing people into work is very rewarding.”

Matthew Phillips, Concept’s Chippenham Branch Manager, said: “We’re delighted to make these new appointments. Both Chris and Kristy support our ethos of providing excellent customer service and therefore our clients and candidates will continue to reap the benefits from choosing Concept as their recruitment partner.”
