The Lexicon, a top 20 UK centre and Berkshire’s prime retail and leisure destination, has announced the appointment of CBRE and Morgan Williams as joint letting agents.
The Lexicon launched in 2017 and remains one of the newest major destinations in the country, having reinvented and revitalised Bracknell town centre. Covering nearly 1m sq ft of retail and leisure space, it is anchored by regional flagships for Waitrose, Fenwick, Primark, Sports Direct, and M&S. The Lexicon’s comprehensive offer spans five zones that cover high street favourites, premium boutiques, best of fashion, everyday value, and hospitality and leisure offers.
The scheme was bought by Realty Income in late 2025, with a view to attracting high end brands, investing in the already attractive environment, and broadening the reasons to visit this shopping and lifestyle destination.
Morgan Williams has been introduced alongside CBRE as joint letting agent, following the latter’s reappointment, which includes the retention of its lease consultancy team. The collective expertise, understanding of the centre’s wide catchment, and brand relationships within Morgan Williams and CBRE will ensure The Lexicon strengthens its position as Berkshire’s premium shopping and lifestyle destination, where visitors benefit from best-in-class shopping, dining, and leisure, and more, all in one location.

The Lexicon’s annual footfall is 15m, drawing from its local catchment for regular visits as much as dedicated trips from further afield, benefitting from 150 shops, restaurants, and leisure units. Situated between the M3 and M4, it is easily accessible from both major motorway arteries, as well as being adjacent to a train station that serves the likes of Waterloo, Clapham, and Reading, and a bus station that brings in visitors from across Berkshire.
