Property consultancy Vail Williams has further strengthened its service provision in the commercial and residential sectors with two appointments on the South Coast.
Andrew Lubman joins the Southampton office as Senior Surveyor, focusing on property development consultancy.
Finn Rawlings arrives at the Bournemouth office as Surveyor, working agency-side.

“Working across Southampton and London, Andrew will be specialising in development consultancy and urban regeneration.
“Andrew advises clients on identifying, appraising and progressing development opportunities, providing strategic guidance on planning, viability and delivery to help ensure schemes are commercially robust and deliverable.
“Finn will be assisting with commercial property acquisitions, lease negotiations, disposals and strategic property advice, helping clients make informed decisions in a competitive market.
“He’ll be advising landlords, occupiers and investors on commercial property transactions, helping clients secure the right premises, maximise asset value and achieve their business objectives.”
Andrew, who is dual chartered (RTPI and RICS), was previously with Hampshire County Council as a senior development surveyor, and Finn came from general practice at Symonds & Sampson at Poundbury, Dorset.
They both graduated in real estate at Oxford Brookes University, with Andrew going on to a Masters degree there in Regeneration.

Finn said: “I look forward to supporting Vail Williams’ agency team in Bournemouth on leasehold acquisitions and disposals across Dorset and the South Coast for landlords and occupiers.”
