New UK HQ secured for Yunex Traffic

Technology company Yunex Traffic Limited has committed to a new lease for up to 20 years at a modern 160,000 sq ft unit in Aviation Business Park.

The site, at Bournemouth Airport, will act as the company’s new UK headquarters, as it moves out of the former Siemens site in Poole. The technology firm provides data and mobility consultation services for local authorities, regional cities and transport businesses and exports to over 65 countries. They will join Honeywell, Hobbycraft, Curtiss Wright and Beyond Retail Group who are also occupiers in the business park.

Built in 2014, 1 Viscount Road is part of a 7.6-acre site, which includes a 120,000 sq ft warehouse, with mezzanine floors, plus a further 39,000 sq ft of high-quality office accommodation. The unit benefits from 9.16m minimum eaves, a large secure yard, seven level access docks, and more than 300 parking spaces.

This acquisition demonstrates a significant investment from the business into futureproofing their operations as well as providing them with space to grow further.”

Colliers Project & Building Consultancy were also significantly involved in the project and completed all pre-acquisition due diligence and oversaw the landlord’s works throughout. Colliers PBC are instructed to act on Yunex’s behalf and negotiate outgoing dilapidations at their existing facility in Poole.
