A charity is to open a new superstore in Bournemouth following a letting by property consultancy Vail Williams.
Prama signed a 10-year lease on a detached 7,970 sq ft unit at Knighton Heath Industrial Estate in Ringwood Road, one of the main roads in the BCP conurbation.
The unit occupies a prominent position fronting the estate with nearby retailers including The Range, Dunelm, Matalan, Wickes, TK Maxx and Home Bargains.
Prama delivers domiciliary care across Dorset along with support and services to help tackle social isolation for older people and improve independence.
Bryony Thompson, a Partner at property consultancy Vail Williams, which has an office in Bournemouth, acted for the landlord of unit 6.
She said: “Prama was searching for larger premises and unit 6, with a trade counter, offices and warehouse, along with 25 car parking spaces, matched its requirements.
“We wish Prama every success with the new superstore, which opens on Saturday, February 28, and has been refurbished to a high standard.”
Vail Williams and JLL are joint agents and will soon be launching the marketing of Unit 5 on the estate following a comprehensive refurbishment.
It extends to 9,095 sq ft and is anticipated to be ready for occupation from next month (March).
