Knight Frank strengthens Yorkshire industrial property and logistics team

Global property consultancy Knight Frank has strengthened its Yorkshire industrial property and logistics team with the appointment of Max Vause.

Max joins Knight Frank as an Associate after nine years at Carter Towler in Leeds where he specialised in the disposal and acquisition of industrial and logistics properties in the region, working with clients such as Indurent, Nuveen, Schroeders, Frank Marshall Estates, ATC Properties and Towngate PLC.

Max joins a successful Knight Frank Yorkshire team who have a been involved in some of the most headline-grabbing industrial and logistics transactions of 2025, including the 556,000 sq ft letting of Sherburn 550 to ID Logistics; the recent deal at Shawcross 115, off J40 of the M1, which saw Crossbay’s refurbished warehouse leased to NG Bailey; and the 294,000 sq ft JELD-WEN letting at Bessemer Park in Sheffield for PLP.”
