Property consultants Bruton Knowles have been instructed to sell Security House in Coventry.
The 4,750 sq ft two-storey office building, on Mile Lane, is on the market for £600,000. It is being sold on behalf of a private client.
The first floor is currently let to DDD Security Systems Ltd on a 12-year lease, with the ground floor let to Care People Ltd, after the company took a five-year lease on the space last November. Bruton Knowles advised the landlord on the letting.
Geoff Solman, a senior surveyor at Bruton Knowles, said: “With the building already fully let and generating a rental income of £55,000 per annum, we anticipate there will be a lot of interest from potential investors.”
Security House is located within 400m of the Inner Ring Road, just 800m from Coventry City Centre and opposite Coventry University Technology Park.
