A growing office technology company in Worcestershire has seen rapid growth with the creation of two new jobs already after commercial property agents John Truslove helped the business move to larger premises.

TB Technology was established just over five years ago by co-directors Ben Burridge and Paul Taylor in a business centre in Redditch.

But as the business grew, they realised they quickly needed more space so reached out to John Truslove.

Ben Truslove, joint managing director of John Truslove, reviewed their business needs and identified a 2,987 sq ft premises at 3B High Street in the nearby village of Studley as a potential solution.

The new property provides offices, workshop/stores, a secure yard and separate staff parking. TB Technology has signed a five year lease on an annual rental of £26,000.

Mr Burridge of TB Technology said: “We knew we could not continue in our former premises and were looking to move.

“We had seen 3B High Street online but didn’t think it would be right. But Ben introduced us to the property, and we realised it was actually perfect.”

The move has already created new jobs, with two new sales staff having joined just recently.

Mr Truslove said: “When Ben and Paul contacted us, I listened to their requirements and identified that 3B High Street, set back from the High Street in Studley, would be ideal for them, and so it has turned out.

“This property was formerly the offices of Ignis Group, the fast expanding commercial property maintenance company who we helped to purchase their first HQ building at Saxon Business Park near Bromsgrove. So the building has an encouraging track record!

“We are very pleased to have helped TB Technology make the all important move into larger premises and wish them continued success until they have outgrown this building too.”

TB Technology offers print, software and technology solutions for a wide range of commercial requirements, with fast delivery and the facility for remote management, thus reducing call outs.

Law firm Hall Reynolds in Bidford-on-Avon acted for TB Technology and the landlords were advised by Suzanne Vercoe at HCR in Worcester.
