Eskmuir Group has announced that it has agreed a letting with international food manufacturer Yihai Foods to take a 15,800 sq ft space at Waverley Industrial Estate in Harrow.
The space will be used by Yihai for food production after it agreed a 10-year lease with Eskmuir and will be its first unit in the UK.
Renowned for providing the authentic taste of Chinese cuisine, Yihai has become a global brand specialising in hot-pot related products, which include mini-hot pots, microwavable hot pots, seasoning, dips, and condiments.
Yihai’s new production space at Unit 2 Waverley Industrial Park will allow it to benefit from a modern well-laid out space with close connections to major transport links including the M1, M25 and A1, as well as Heathrow and Luton airports.
Paul Hodgson, Managing Director of Eskmuir, said: “Thanks to its prime location and modern units Waverley Industrial Estate attracts a lot of attention from a broad range of occupiers. It is an ideal location for those looking to expand their UK operations and access the large London and South East market.
“We are therefore delighted to have secured this letting with Yihai Foods and believe this space will support their UK expansion plans. This letting showcases Eskmuir’s expertise in a diversified portfolio of assets across the UK, where we can increase value significantly through our stewardship and proactive asset management.”
