A leading property consultancy has expanded its London office with the appointment of an industrial and logistics specialist to continue its impressive growth plans.
Theo Quarendon has joined Fisher German as an Associate in the industrial and logistics team at its City office at Becket House on Old Jewry.
With a focus on leasing, development and investment, Theo will work alongside Laura Sutton, who leads the industrial and logistics team in London, and Simon Eddy, Head of Investment Agency.
Theo graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc Honours degree in Real Estate Management and he spent six years at Kimmre, where he was promoted to Senior Surveyor.
After a year travelling the globe, he is looking forward to re-establishing his connections in the industrial and logistics sector and bringing his experience to Fisher German.
Theo said: “I am absolutely loving it at Fisher German. Everyone has been very friendly and the company culture is great.
“I had an enjoyable 12 months travelling but it is great to be returning to the world of work by joining a growing team and bringing my experience on the fund and asset management side to the business.
“This is a perfect time to become part of Fisher German with its growth plans taking shape throughout the country.”
Laura Sutton, Partner at Fisher German, said it was great to welcome Theo to an expanding industrial and logistics team.
“This sector has been growing over the last 10-15 years, and Fisher German has significantly increased its reach in this sector,” she said.
“We’re also advancing our strategic land consultancy division and advising on many sites suitable for industrial and logistics throughout the country.
“A decision was taken several years ago by Fisher German to focus on growing our industrial and logistics teams in Manchester, Doncaster, Worcester and Birmingham, as well as bolstering the team in London to focus on Greater London, around the M25, and the Home Counties. This expansion supports our national projects and increases our presence in the sector.
“We have recruited more staff in London and we are working closely with our colleagues in other offices to increase our instructions in the sector.
“It is great to have Theo involved because of his extensive knowledge of the investment market which is crucial for providing our clients with informed advice. His good contacts will undoubtedly lead to more business for Fisher German.”
