Nova, Oxford achieves practical completion

Nova, a pioneering best-in-class hybrid facility, has reached completion and is now ready for occupancy in the heart of Oxford’s Life Sciences area. The building was developed by Wrenbridge and Buccleuch Property and subsequently purchased by IM Properties.

The state-of-the-art building, tailored for the mid-tech, R&D and Life Sciences sector, boasts an EPC A+ rating and is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, positioning it as one of the most sustainable buildings of its kind.

The 43,745 sq ft building, sets itself apart by offering the only new volume hybrid solution in the area.

Nova is technically specified for the mid-tech and R&D Sector with a statement frontage and reception. Set within a secure self-contained setting, the building also offers a 20% high quality office content, which has the flexibility to be extended to suit occupier’s needs.
