After a comprehensive marketing campaign, Flude Property Consultants have confirmed that Unit 5, Vinnetrow Business Park is fully let, after the completion of the first floor offices (1,983 sq ft), which have been let to a large national insurance company.
The completion of the letting follows a continued programme of refurbishment and energy efficiency improvement works by the landlords Kingsbridge, including the installation of new lighting and double glazed windows & heating, which ultimately secured an EPC of B for the building.
