Colliers has bolstered its central London presence with the double hiring of Jack Knivett and Anton McGarvey, both of whom join as directors.

Jack joins from CBRE where he had been since 2017, focusing on providing leasing advice within the central London office market. Prior to CBRE, he built up significant experience at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Farebrother. In his new role Jack will be an integral part of the Colliers London Office Agency team, providing leasing and development advice across all submarkets in the capital.

Anton re-joins Colliers having been with the firm from 2010-2013. More recently he has spent four years at Farebrother, and prior to that almost five years at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Anton joins the London Capital Markets team which has been undergoing significant growth with the recent hires of Simon Glenn, James MacFarlane and Will Stebbings.

Tony Horrell, Colliers’ CEO UK & Ireland, said: “Our presence in London is continuing on its fast-paced journey of growth and key hires such as Jack and Anton are integral to our success. It is fantastic to start the new year with a real sense of purpose and enthusiasm. As the London market, both leasing and investment, goes from strength to strength our clients are increasingly looking for up-to-the-minute advice from those who know the capital inside out. Our London experts have this in spades and with Jack and Anton on board, we will be even better placed to add value to our clients’ transactions.”
