Worcestershire office complex goes Platinum

Maintenance group Platinum Commercial Services is moving into a successful Midlands office scheme which is now fully let – thanks to the efforts of Redditch property agents John Truslove.

Platinum, whose clients include high street pub chains and hotels, has taken 2,397 sq ft at The Granary, Brockhill Court, a barn conversion complex between Redditch and Bromsgrove.

The firm, which offers both commercial and domestic services, is switching from the Aston Fields Industrial Estate in Bromsgrove.

Proprietor Adrian Clements noted: “With the business expanding we were looking for a bit more room.

“This is a quality facility and close by to where we are already which is convenient for both our customers and our staff. Platinum serves a wide range of clients, operating both regionally and nationally. We have a team of experienced engineers and provide a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, service.”

It offers the likes of insurance repairs, commercial, local authority and housing association work, building maintenance in hotels, pubs and clubs as well as gas and electricity checks.

At Brockhill Court it joins a variety of different enterprises ranging from a children’s nursery to a mobile web design group.

The venue is situated on a working farm owned by Keith and Eileen Tolley who provide a professional, hands-on service for their tenants which helps to create a friendly working environment.

The scheme, which was completed in 2001, comprises nine barns, originally developed with the support of a grant from former regional development agency Advantage West Midlands.

Ian Parker, partner at John Truslove, has first hand knowledge of Brockhill Court, having been the agent for more than a decade.
