Colliers strengthens National Capital Markets team with four new directors

Colliers has significantly bolstered its National Capital Markets offering with the hiring of Amy Griffiths, Nick Haverly, Warren Leader and Chris Nash.

Amy joined the team from EY where she was a director of Capital and Debt Advisory and has over 20 years’ experience in the finance sector as both a lender and advisor. At Colliers she is developing the Debt Advisory offering in London and focusing on providing funding advice and execution to clients.

Joining to advise on development funding, as well as local authority and public sector funding solutions, Nick Haverly has previously worked for Portsmouth and Southampton City Councils, alongside acting as a senior advisor to many other local authorities and government departments.

Warren Leader has joined the team to focus on private clients and family offices and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, working with numerous private investors on investment and development projects.

For the last five years Chris Nash has been at Azimuth Global Partners with a particular focus on Asian inbound investment alongside a number of significant deals and funding opportunities. Chris will bring his extensive experience in capital and equity raising, and fund and asset management to Colliers.
