Leumi UK relocates to 1 Angel Court, EC2

Leading market specialist, Leumi UK, has taken a lease assignment 1 Angel Court, London, EC2 totalling 8,746 sq ft. The boutique lender will relocate to the City Core in 2021 following a 20-year occupation at 20 Stratford Place, W1.

London continues to represent a key gateway city for the Leumi Group, Israel’s largest banking group.

Located between Copthall Avenue and Throgmorton Street in the Bank Conservation Area, Angel Court, was developed by Mitsui Fudosan in 2017 and offers approximately 300,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. There is also a high-quality retail offering at ground floor level accommodating leading restaurateurs including COYA and Natural Kitchen.
