Federated Hermes quenches appetite for office lettings

The international business of Federated Hermes has completed two lettings totalling 7,601 sq ft across its office portfolio.

Spa Medica has agreed to let 5,771 sq ft at Northside House in Bromley where the optometrist clinic has successfully secured consent to change the use of the space from office to clinical use. As part of the clinical services available at Northside House, this will also provide a free NHS service for the local community of Bromley.

Further to this, Mill Court in Cambridge has finalised the lease of a 1,830 sq ft unit to Crofton Interiors Limited also on a five-year term. The high-end interior construction company with its headquarters also based in Cambridge is reinforcing its presence in the area with this new letting.

Ben Tolhurst, Fund Manager, international business of Federated Hermes, said: “The success on both of these lettings demonstrate the collaborative approach that we take with tenants, working with them to create fit-for-purpose space that responds to their needs, notably with the change of use that has been implemented at Northside House. Both of these offices will allow the tenants to expand on their respective communities, paving the way for further success in these areas.”

The agents Michael Rogers acted on the leasing of Northside House and similarly with Cheffins who acted on the Mill Court transaction.
