Motor retailer Trust Group UK has acquired the former Volvo car dealership on Enville Street, in Stourbridge.
The company has taken a ten-year lease on the 5,859 sq ft showroom and offices, plus adjoining workshop and stores.
Trust Group, which operates Volkswagen dealerships in Redditch, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton, and Skoda in Redditch, will open a new Skoda franchise on the site.
Property consultants Colliers International advised Trust Group UK.
