Flurry of new agency instructions for Midlands commercial property agency

Midlands-based commercial property agents Holt Commercial has landed a flurry of new agency instructions – including a variety of industrial, office and leisure premises.

The company, which has offices in Coventry and Birmingham, has been working throughout lockdown to maintain its service to clients across the region and beyond.

And, as the economy starts to reopen further, Holt Commercial has won the instructions on an array of properties.

These include a modern office building that has been made available for sale in Shrewsbury and is on the market for offers in excess of £1.3 million. The 10,347 sq ft office is a prominently located, detached building on a sought-after business park.

Holt Commercial’s latest instructions also include a number of industrial/warehouse properties across Coventry and Warwickshire ranging from compact workshop units on Arches Industrial Estate through to a 42,000 sq ft warehouse on the Bermuda Industrial Estate.

This is in addition to a 55,000 sq. ft multi let industrial investment for sale on the eastern fringe of Coventry.

The company has also started marketing the Churchill Hotel on Walsgrave Road, Ball Hill, which includes 14 en-suite bedrooms, a large restaurant and bar and considerable potential.

Chris Hobday, Associate at Holt Commercial, said: “The whole team has been working hard through lockdown to ensure a seamless level of service to clients.

“It has resulted in deals being done and several properties we have listed – covering a range of sectors – now under offer.

“Those efforts have clearly not gone unnoticed as we have now landed a host of new quality instructions to restock our supply having concluded a number of recent disposals.

“We’d urge anyone interested in our available properties to move quickly as the economy begins to move again with clear indications of pent up demand being observed. Of course we’d also encourage anyone who is actively looking to sell or let a commercial property to get in touch.”
