Devonshire Square (DSQ) has announced that Building 7 is 100% let, following the completion of office deals with quantitative investment firm Two Sigma and the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA), alongside the completion of a ground floor lease with healthy food brand Salad Kitchen in Building 10.
The PFA, the world’s oldest professional sports trade union, is relocating its London office from Bank, taking 8,592 sq ft across one floor at DSQ7. Founded in 1907, the PFA represents approximately 5,000 professional footballers each season across the Premier League, English Football League and Women’s Super League, supporting players on matters ranging from employment rights and welfare to education and career development.
Two Sigma, the global quantitative investment firm, is expanding its presence at DSQ7, after relocating its London office from Moorgate in 2025. Having already taken 10,018 sq ft, the firm has now signed to take a further 9,932 sq ft across another floor at DSQ7.
Meanwhile on the ground floor of DSQ Building 10, Salad Kitchen is taking 1,415 sq ft of space, adding to DSQ’s established food and beverage offer. Founded in 2014, the brand has become a fixture of London’s office lunch scene, known for its freshly prepared, customisable salads and commitment to sustainably sourced ingredients. The Devonshire Square site will join its existing locations across the City, Canary Wharf and Mayfair.
These deals further diversify an already broad occupier community at Devonshire Square, which spans technology and fintech firms including Xero and Figma, finance, music and recruitment, alongside a thriving leisure and hospitality offer that includes Cinnamon Kitchen, Devonshire Terrace, KöD and Lucky Voice karaoke.

The leasing agents for the DSQ7 deals were CBRE and Newmark, and for The Salad Kitchen deal, Hanover Green and BC Retail.
