Hillwood UK have achieved practical completion at Quattro Raunds, the latest speculative industrial and logistics multi-unit scheme to be funded and developed by Hillwood in their expanding UK pipeline.
Quattro provides four ‘mid-box’ units in total ranging from 10,650 to 117,050 sq ft that have been built to the highest specification, including BREEAM “Excellent” certification and EPC “A” rating. The scheme is strategically located adjoining the A45, providing strong transport links to Northamptonshire and the Midlands as well as the East of England via the A14.

A&H Construction were appointed Main Contractor and delivered the scheme on a fast track basis allowing for critical access and infrastructure works.
