Global BBQ manufacturer Weber, together with IT solutions provider XMA, have selected Campus, Reading International for their new UK head offices following the completion of refurbishment works by Alchemy Asset Management and Tristan Capital Partners.
Both businesses have relocated to Campus, Reading International taking brand new fully fitted office space; Weber from Hammersmith and XMA from Hertfordshire.
Weber is occupying a 5,437 sq ft unit while XMA has taken a 7,654 sq ft space, both on five-year leases with earlier break clauses.
This refurbishment of Campus represents Alchemy and Tristan’s strategy to be the best-in-class provider of Cat A+ fully fitted space in the region.

The final fully fitted unit provides 3,114 sq ft of fully fitted space and is now available to let with immediate occupation at a quoting rent of £47.50 psf.
