Acting on behalf of a private vendor, the Business Department of Goadsby Commercial has sold the second and third floors of 75 Poole Road, Westbourne.
The premises were sold by way of a long leasehold interest. Each floor extended to approximately 650 sq ft and the quoting price was £205,000 (exclusive of VAT).
