Calthorpe Estates has announced two senior promotions within its finance team, following the appointment of Mark Lee to Chief Executive from Finance Director.
With immediate effect, Jo Kirk is promoted to Finance Director and Marcus Hook takes up the position of Financial Controller.
Jo joined Calthorpe Estates in 2005 on a maternity cover contract as Financial Controller and was retained by the company at the end of the term as her skills were greatly valued. Jo was previously Finance Director at Intrum Justitia. She is a qualified certified accountant, company secretary and has an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Marcus has been with Calthorpe Estates since June 2009 and is a qualified accountant, having trained at Deloitte. He has managed refinancing activity, on-going activity on the rental portfolio and worked with finance partners.
