All Good Things selects intu centres to launch ethical concept

New sustainable fashion brand All Good Things is launching its first stores at popular intu-owned destinations intu Merry Hill and Cribbs Causeway this year.

intu, the owner of intu Merry Hill and joint owner of Cribbs Causeway with M&G real Estate, has signed up the innovative concept which will target sustainably-conscious shoppers with ethical fashion labels, ‘red carpet’ dress rental, and a collection of end-of-the-line clothing from leading designer brands. A number of fashion industry veterans have backed the new concept.

It opened at Cribbs Causeway in October and will launch at intu Merry Hill in November.

Hobbs is also opening a 2,500 sq ft store at intu Merry Hill in November to capitalise on the destination’s 18 million annual footfall and prime location at the heart of the West Midlands.

Nick Round, regional managing director at intu, said: “All Good Things is an exciting and modern concept that demonstrates how retail continues to evolve and innovate in response to changing consumer behaviour. It has selected two of the country’s most popular shopping destinations to launch its first stores to ensure they can flourish amongst the centres’ high footfall and compelling line-up of existing brands.”

“Hobbs has also selected intu Merry Hill to target aspirational shoppers in the West Midlands and the addition of these fantastic brands will further strengthen the centre’s already strong retail and leisure mix to provide even more compelling experiences for its millions of visitors.”
