Leading commercial property specialist Bromwich Hardy is celebrating a double success after scooping two prestigious awards – one for the sixth year running.

The Coventry-based company has been named Warwickshire’s Most Active Agent by respected industry publication Estates Gazette, whilst partner Andrew Cosnett has been named Warwickshire Dealmaker of the Year.

Founding partners Tom Bromwich and Richard Hardy said the awards reflected a highly successful year for the entire Bromwich Hardy team, which had won the Most Active Agent title every year since 2014.

“This is a tremendous team honour for Bromwich Hardy and a great personal accolade for Andrew. Both awards reflect our commitment to provide an unrivalled commercial service to our clients,” they said.

“There is no doubt that the market has seen some challenges in the last 12 months, but there are also plenty of opportunities as well. The decades of experience behind our multi-disciplinary team means that we are able to make the most of all those opportunities for our clients.”

Andrew said he was hugely honoured to be named Dealmaker of the Year by Estates Gazette.

“Despite all the political uncertainty of the past 12 months, we have seen the commercial property market across Warwickshire continue to hold up well,” Andrew said.

“The county remains extremely attractive for logistics businesses with our excellent motorway and road links and central location.

“The automotive sector is well represented and, although experiencing structural change, advanced automotive technology businesses consider Leamington and Warwick to be prime providers of skilled labour.

“And a lack of suitable employment development sites continues to drive demand for those few new sites and schemes which are being progressed in the area.”

Andrew, who boasts nearly 40 years’ experience in the industry, has been a partner at Bromwich Hardy for the past two years having previously run his own business. He now acts for major developers such as Stoford, Trebor and Parkhill across a patch covering the entire Midlands.

He also represents some of the region’s largest property companies, offering expert advice on transactions (letting, sale, acquisition), development advice and marketing.

Bromwich Hardy are no strangers to awards, having previously been named by Estates Gazette as most active commercial agents in Warwickshire for five years running.

Tom has also previously won the Dealmaker of the Year title, while Richard won the Coventry and Warwickshire FirstPro award for his outstanding contribution to the region.
