Midlands’ Hallmark wins Partnership Contract with UNICEF UK

Hallmark Consumer Services, the e-commerce fulfilment company based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, has been appointed as a partner with UNICEF UK.

The appointment coincides with Hallmark announcing a record year with sales turnover rising to over £4.4million, representing an increase of 83 percent over the three years since 2009, when turnover was £2.4million.

Under the UNICEF UK contract, effective from July 2012, Hallmark is appointed to sell and fulfil the ‘New Range’ of UNICEF UK cards and gifts, from Christmas and greetings cards, and own-branded products, to UK sourced fair trade items from brands including Nkuku and Teddykompaniet.

Hallmark commissioned Nottingham’s Together Agency to design the UNICEF UK ‘New Range’ catalogue, which echoes Leo Burnett’s UNICEF international theme and promotes the charity’s new line of products for 2012.

Hallmark already works extensively within the UK charities sector, with clients including the BBC and Children In Need, Birmingham Children’s Hospital and The Woodland Trust. It also works with a growing number of leading blue chip and FMCG companies including Mars and Visa.
