Bond Wolfe awards caps strong start to 2019

45 High Street, Brownhills

One of the West Midlands’ leading independent agencies, Bond Wolfe, has been named Commercial Property Consultants of the Year at the Birmingham Corporate LiveWire 2019 awards.

Bond Wolfe managing partner James Mattin said: “Winning a prestigious award such as this brings our whole team together and it is great to be recognised in this way.”

And by way of demonstrating why the business won the award, Bond Wolfe has just announced two significant sales.

The sale of 45 High Street, Brownhills, for £147,000 to a private investor, follows the sale of 47 and 51 High Street which means that the whole shopping parade is now sold or currently under offer.

The property, a freehold retail investment opportunity in a prominent High Street location, was offered with a ten year lease from May 2017, producing £11,100 for a net yield of 7.35%.

And in Cradley Health, Bond Wolfe has sold 2-3 Graingers Lane for £130,000 to a private investor. The property was offered as a freehold investment and potential development opportunity and includes a former bar with self-contained three bedroom first floor flat.

James Mattin said: “The strength of the Black Country property market continues to surprise many but not those who live and work here and can spot a good investment opportunity.

“We are continuing to experience strong interest across all categories of property and welcome the opportunity to discuss potential sales or purchases with interested clients.”
