The office and industrial agency teams at Birmingham-based chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows have been bolstered with the arrival of young surveyor Harry Stevens.

Harry, who will this year complete an MSc in Real Estate Management at Birmingham City University, will work closely with office expert and partner Charles Warrack and industrial agency specialist and associate partner Helen Kendrick.

While studying, the 22-year-old has worked for the past seven months at John Truslove Chartered Surveyors in Redditch, and has already gained valuable experience in commercial property agency and valuations.

Harry said: “I’m excited at the prospect of building a successful career at Johnson Fellows, based in the heart of Birmingham which is one of the key commercial property markets in the country. I’m looking forward to learning a great deal from my new colleagues who have a huge amount of experience across the sectors.”

Charles Warrack, office agency Partner at Birmingham-based Johnson Fellows, said: “Harry will assist us in building our position in the market. As a company, we are always keen to help young people break into commercial property. We will mentor and assist Harry so that he becomes a qualified chartered surveyor in two years’ time.”

Harry, from Warwickshire, is a keen sportsman and was men’s rugby president at Birmingham City University where he gained a BA in economics and finance before taking an MSc in real estate management.
