The Southampton office of commercial property experts London Clancy has moved but Chris Ridge, David Heda and Jane Bell didn’t have too far to go.
The dynamic trio have up-rooted from their offices in Carlton Crescent and are now just around the corner in London Road.
Director Chris, said: “We’ve quite literally moved from one side of Richer Sounds to the other.
“Our prestigious new home at 81 London Road is just perfect for our needs. We have a better arrangement of offices which includes a large meeting room for clients and there’s even a nice patch of greenery outside that we keep joking David – who is a keen golfer – will adapt for a spot of putting practice.”
There was a great deal of interest in the previous office accommodation they occupied as freeholds in Carlton Crescent are relatively rare – and the sale of the property, which dates back to the 1880s, is due to complete shortly.
“There’s been quite a lot of positive change for us recently,” explained David, who has 28 years experience in commercial property.
“Our move coincides with the launch of the new London Clancy website too which offers up-to-the-minute information on properties and a round-up of recent activity.”
The move around the corner passed off relatively smoothly and it is now business as usual for the team.
Office manager, Jane commented: “The new offices are really lovely – and we look forward to welcoming clients old and new through the door.”
