Colliers International has appointed Maxine Burnett as Head of Lease Administration Service in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team.
Maxine has over 10 years of multi-disciplinary experience in real estate (Sales, Property & Facilities, Lease Administration) and has worked for a range of leading global real estate service providers during her career. Her experience includes overseeing end to end lease data management services across UK Asset Services platforms and national property & facilities management for multiple portfolios, comprising mixed use developments.
In her new role at Colliers International, Maxine will be based in Colliers’ EMEA Lease Administration Centre of Excellence in Leeds, UK and have responsibility for growing Colliers’ Lease Administration practice across the EMEA region, overseeing the day to day activities of the team to ensure continued process enhancements and improved technology integration, whilst maintaining an engaging client experience.
