Goldcrest acquires Hackney Wick office development

Roca Investments, advised by niche City fringe specialist Belchak Corin & Co. and DI Properties, has sold a development opportunity in Hackney Wick, east London to Goldcrest for £4.1 million.

The freehold site extends to 0.147 acres and has planning consent for a new 23,034 sqft office building.

The plans for 55-69 Rothbury Road, London E9, are for a contemporary, media-style building with over 3.5m ceiling heights per floor, a large roof terrace, cycle store and showers.

The site is less than one minute walk from Hackney Wick station, within one of East London’s foremost emerging vibrant areas. Westfield Stratford City and Stratford Station are also within walking distance.
