New base for health care firms on business park

Healthcare professionals have moved into an end of terrace office at Boathouse Meadow Business Park in Salisbury.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the new six-year lease for which the quoting rent was £10,250.

Myddelton & Major Associate Rachael Wythe said: “Healthcare companies Cathedral Gate Homecare Ltd and SMK Healthcare Management Associates Ltd have moved into the 815 sq ft two-storey office premises.

“Cathedral Gate Homecare, owned and managed by healthcare professionals Sean and Eileen Kavanagh, provides personal care and domestic services for people with a wide range of needs and who need help to live at home, as well as a hospital to home service.

“SMK Health is a specialist health and social care consultancy with a successful track record in delivering service improvements and business performance across a wide range of organisations in the public, private, independent and voluntary sector.”

The newly let unit provides self-contained office accommodation on the ground and first floor with two allocated parking spaces.

Boathouse Meadow Business Park is a modern development at the western end of Churchfields Industrial Estate, overlooking the River Nadder.

The agents are also marketing Unit 3, which is an identical office and has just been extensively refurbished. The premises are available on a new lease on similar terms to Unit 4.
