Caracoli – winners of the Telegraph Magazine ‘The Best Small Shops in Britain 2012, Best for Food’ – have moved into their fourth property in the region at 100 High Street Winchester.

The company instructed Richard Nevines, a Director at Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, to search for premises and to negotiate terms. The property comprises 987 square feet (91.6 square metres) of retail space plus upper floors.

James Nichols, Managing Director at Caracoli, says: “We are delighted to have a Winchester presence giving a window into our range of world class delicatessen food and coffee”.

Richard Nevines commented: “It is refreshing to introduce a high quality independent business into a prime area normally occupied by national multiples”.

Keygrove advised Caracoli and Goadsby acted for the private landlord.
