International legal services company takes office space at Blenheim Court

Epiq, a global leader in the legal services industry, is opening a new office in Bristol after taking space at Blenheim Court on the city’s northern fringe.

The company, which has more than 80 locations worldwide, has taken 1,492 sq ft at Unit 1, Blenheim Court, at Beaufort Office Park, Almondsbury, on a five-year lease.

Epiq partners with law firms, corporations, financial institutions and government agencies, to streamline the administration of business operations, class action and mass tort, court reporting, eDiscovery, regulatory, compliance, restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

The space has been let on behalf of XLB by joint agents Colliers International and Burston Cook, who are also marketing Unit 8 at the site, which is off Woodlands Lane beside the M4/M5 interchange.

Blenheim Court is a terrace of two-storey purpose-built offices. Unit 8 is entirely self-contained, provides open plan accommodation over two floors and has six allocated parking spaces.

Finola Ingham, Associate Director at Burston Cook said: “Epiq is a global leader in the legal services industry, employing over 5,000 people, and it is testament to Bristol’s strength as a business location that the company has chosen the city as its first UK location outside London.”

Alfie Passingham, Senior Surveyor in the National Offices Team at Colliers International, said: “Blenheim Court enjoys direct access to the motorway network via the A38 and Junction 16 of the M5 and is within a short drive of Bristol Parkway station, with direct services to London Paddington and Cardiff Central.

“Following the successful letting of Unit 1, Unit 8 will be coming onto the market shortly and once again we anticipate a high level of interest.”
