With news that more and more athletes are taking up residence at the new Olympic Village, a Cardiff based specialist building systems company are celebrating a job well done.
MIB Framespace Structures supplied 1,800 sqm of their MetSIP infill panel for use across 12 floors between a concrete structure.
The panels were manufactured off-site at MIB’s own 28,000sq.ft factory at Blaina.
Colin McKenzie,founder and Chairman of the MIB Group said, “Working closely with our client E.J.Horrocks, we were able to meet the environmental standards required and strict delivery timetable thanks to the control that having your own in-house design and manufacturing set-up brings”.
