Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, has appointed Matthew Ashman as a Senior Surveyor within its UK Leisure & Restaurants team.
Matthew joins from Nash Bond where he specialised in landlord work focused on the restaurant market. He will have a similar focus at Cushman & Wakefield, working on a wide variety of shopping centre catering instructions and supporting the team on a significant raft of occupier acquisitions.
