GVA Birmingham make two director level promotions

GVA’s Birmingham office has strengthened its team of property professionals with two director-level promotions.

Paul Taylor, from the specialist Automotive and Roadside team has been promoted to senior director, with Stephen Bailey from the Property Management Consultancy (PMC) team appointed to director.

Paul – who is responsible for overseeing the national Automotive and Roadside team – joined the Birmingham office in 1995, and has developed his career in the team over the last 17 years, becoming one of the country’s best-known advisors in this specialist field.

Stephen brings over 20 years of experience to his role as Director, specialising in corporate occupier management instructions having worked for five years as an associate within the Property Management Consultancy team.  Before joining GVA, Stephen worked for a number of corporate property companies and agencies in London.
