Technology firm signals intentions at Blenheim Court

Office specialists at Colliers International and joint agents Burston Cook have let offices at Blenheim Court in Almondsbury to technology company Telemisis.

Blenheim Court which is located close to the M4/M5 interchange offers some of the best self-contained refurbished office accommodation in Almondsbury.

Director of national offices James Preece, acting on behalf of UKPH No 1 Ltd asset managed by Cordatus Real Estate, said Blenheim Court provides an excellent opportunity for smaller companies to have their own office building. The landlord has carried out a comprehensive refurbishment and maintained a competitive rent which is attractive to business in the current economic climate.

He said: “The out of town market has improved after a difficult 2011 largely thanks to the predominance of engineering and technology firms taking up space in this reliably popular location next to the motorway network in north Bristol.”

Neil Tweedie of Cordatus Real Estate  said: “UKPH No 1 Ltd is delighted to welcome Telemisis to Blenheim Court. Securing Telemisis fully justifies our decision to comprehensively refurbish the units to create good quality self-contained office suites. We believe the cost effective self-contained nature of the accommodation coupled with the high quality refurbishment, good on site car parking and easy access to M4/M5 interchange will prove attractive to business looking for office accommodation in North Bristol.”

Telemisis designs and manufactures advanced telemetry solutions and remote monitoring control and automation for all business sectors. Tony Richardson of Telemisis said: “Blenheim Court is an ideal location for Telemisis; being close to the main motorways in the South West with easy access for our staff, customers and suppliers. The well-appointed, modern building provides just the right image for a company such as ours.”
