The London based operator has signed a 10-year lease on this 14,000 sq ft building which is owned by its parent company, Moorgath Group. The property is close to both St. Pauls and Blackfriars underground stations, as well as City Thameslink which provides a connection to Kings Cross St. Pancras in under 10 minutes. The workspace comprises of 21 design-led, boutique offices across five floors, incorporating 237 workstations.

As well as private offices with desk rates starting from only £550 per month for start-ups and entrepreneurs, established businesses or PLC’s can also uniquely take entire self-contained floors totalling 2,700 sq ft allowing them to maintain their identity and presence.

The Carter Lane workplace will provide a range of amenities including showers, bike racks, kitchens, lounge space, a courtyard, meeting rooms and last but not least a roof terrace overlooking St. Pauls Cathedral. In addition, businesses will benefit from access to the group’s event space, which is available in 4 key locations across Central London. In addition, businesses will benefit from the group’s 5th event space in central London.

The Boutique Workplace Company has built an impressive portfolio of serviced office locations and has earned a reputation as a leading provider of creative spaces in London. Their focus is to continue to grow their product within smaller, self-contained properties allowing them to still define themselves against competitors. Office space remains their core product but meeting venues, event space and most recently memberships are now available to expand their offering and help accommodate further requirements.

CEO, Daniel Wheble said: “It is important that we keep our identity in this overcrowded market. We are boutique and expanding within self-contained properties that are between 10,000-15,000sqft is where we will keep our product unique. Smaller building’s allows us to still create our own vibe but client’s also are not just a number. 71-73 Carter Lane was the perfect addition to the group meaning we cover another tube station in London and it’s self-contained”.
