A member of KWB’s Industrial Agency team has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

Ben Voss Wood, who has worked for the Birmingham independent commercial property agency for the past two years, has passed his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) to become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

A Real Estate graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, Mr Voss Wood also gained more than a year’s experience in office agency before joining KWB.

“Becoming a Chartered Surveyor is generally regarded as a key milestone in a property surveyor’s career, opening up new professional opportunities and job prospects,” says Kenny Allan, Director in the Industrial Agency Team at KWB.

“Ben is already a valuable and well respected member of the Industrial Agency Team, advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of their properties. Now he has achieved his Chartered status, we expect him to play an even fuller role in the future success of the department and wider firm.”

Mr Voss Wood says: “Working with Kenny for the past two years, and learning from all his experience in the Midlands industrial market has been particularly valuable in allowing me to pass my APC. I am looking forward to continuing to learn from him, but to take a more prominent role in advising our clients.”
