Acting on behalf of Gladman Developments, property consultants Alder King have let another unit at Miller Court, Tewkesbury Business Park. The popular development has secured over 15,000 sq ft of lettings in the past 18 months and there is now just one unit remaining.
TIG Solutions Ltd, a family-run business offering utility infrastructure services to the construction industry, is the latest occupier to take space. The firm has taken Unit 14a as its new headquarters, relocating from Dumbleton.
At 1,035 sq ft (96 sq m), the unit is the smallest at Miller Court, a high quality development arranged in Gladman’s acclaimed courtyard design which gives a practical and attractive working environment.
Lyn Barr of TIG Solutions says the business was attracted by Miller Court’s location close to the motorway and the on-site facilities. “We’re very pleased to have found such a superb base for the business,” she said.
