Trebor Developments and Hillwood acquire major Bristol site for speculative development

Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with its strategic partner, Hillwood, have announced the acquisition of a 14.50 acres site located at Western Approach Distribution Park, Avonmouth, which they will be developing for a range of speculative industrial accommodation from 25,000 sq ft to 250,000 sq ft.

The acquisition represents the first between the partners following the announcement in March at MIPIM that Trebor had entered into a long term strategic partnership with Hillwood to undertake industrial and logistics developments across the UK. The scheme will be delivered in the next 12 months and will provide a range of high quality industrial manufacturing or logistics units.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner, for Trebor Developments commented, “Securing this first site with Hillwood represents a significant milestone, having announced the partnership in March and will be followed by further site acquisition announcements in the near future. We are actively seeking site acquisitions across the UK to bring forward a wide range of quality industrial manufacturing and logistics accommodation”.

Trebor Developments, who were voted West Midlands Commercial Developer of the Year in 2017, have continued their high levels of industrial activity, with a pipeline of over 1 million square feet of accommodation due to be delivered during the next 12 months.

Trebor Developments and Hillwood are represented by Tom Watkins of Colliers and James Morgan of CBRE.
