Recruitment firm links in to a new office

John Lewis Pension Partnership Trust, represented by Savills, has let Golate House, Cardiff to Working Links Limited.

The recruitment firm has taken all of the second floor and part of the first floor totalling 6,800 sq ft (632 sq m) on a new six year lease. Working Links Limited will pay £68,000 per annum.

Gary Carver, director at Savills, comments: “Golate House offers flexible floor plans and a superb city centre location which is a perfect fit for Working Links new offices.”

“We anticipate take up figures for the Cardiff market will remain strong for the second half of the year as there is little prime office space available in Cardiff and a number of unsatisfied requirements in the market. Companies will continue to seek to benefit from the competitive terms currently available in the market.”

Kevin Davies, partner at Marchmont, adds: “After an extensive search, Golate House was selected by Working Links for their new Cardiff office. It fulfilled all the physical criteria set by the client and the landlord was very helpful in putting together a leasing package that ideally suited their contract driven requirement.”
