New offices for Rapleys in Birmingham and London

Commercial property and planning consultancy Rapleys has announced the opening of its new offices in both Birmingham and London as part of the firm’s ongoing nationwide growth strategy. This announcement follows the successful office move for Rapleys in Bristol (December 1).


Rapleys announces the move of its Birmingham base to 126 Colmore Row (effective from March 12). Located in the heart of the Colmore business district, the office mixes the celebrated 1920’s classical style with contemporary finishing touches. Rapleys’ new Birmingham accommodation includes open desk space, casual breakout areas and meeting rooms.

The Birmingham office move follows the appointments of Tony Clements (Town Planning) and Balvinder Sagoo (Building Consultancy) to the team, further increasing the scope and scale of Rapleys’ offer in the region.


As of April 16 2018, Rapleys London office has moved from Great Marlborough St, to Jermyn Street in the heart of St James.

The newly refurbished, open plan office, located in the landmark 33 Jermyn Street building, provides accommodation which is innovative – from technology to interior design – while offering the flexibility to evolve and adapt in tune with the fast-paced property industry.
