Planning granted on Gateway Wolverhampton site and works to commence

Trebor Developments, in conjunction with ASK Developments Limited, have agreed contracts with Euro Garages to develop the final phase of the Gateway site, Wolverhampton, located next to Junction 2 of the M54, on the Stafford Road.

The development consisting of a Petrol Filling Station and Convenience Store, which will complement the previous phases – Porsche dealership and Costa Coffee drive thru. The planning application was recently approved and work on site is anticipated to proceed in the Summer.
