Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP beefs up London teams with two new hires

Matthew Sharkey joins as Director and Head of the London Projects & Building Consultancy team and Jack Murphy joins as Senior Surveyor in the Property & Asset Management team.

Matthew Sharkey joins from Workman where he worked for two and a half years as a partner in the Cheapside office. Matthew was responsible for the delivery of a number of instructions covering the full spectrum of building surveying services. He has worked closely with clients such as Capital & Counties, City & Guilds, Hermes, Rockspring and Hammerson over this period.

Jack Murphy joins as Senior Surveyor in the Property & Asset Management team from Lee Baron where he worked in the Management department on their private clients’ portfolios. Jack’s appointment boosts the team following a number of high profile instructions won over the last couple of years.
